PERSONEL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
As PGI Industrial Systems Manufacturing and Engineering Co. and its subsidiaries ("PGI"), we pay great attention  to the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law"). In this context, we would like to inform you about our target  and methods of collecting, processing and transferring personal data and accordingly your rights arising from the Law.

1. Methods for collecting personal data
As PGI, as the data controller, within the framework of our legal obligations arising from the legislation; We collect your personal data verbally, in writing or electronically for purposes such as establishing better service standards for you, determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies.

2. Processing of personal data and purposes of processing
As PGI, as the data controller, through all kinds of channels; Your personal and/or private  personal data that we obtain within the scope of your consent may be obtained, recorded, stored, , changed, updated, periodically checked, rearranged, classified, retained for the period required for the purpose for which they are processed or stipulated in the relevant law, in case of legal or service-related actual requirements, with the private-legal entities with which PGI works or by law  may be shared/transferred with the public institutions and organizations to which it is obliged and/or with the relevant 3rd party  real person / legal entities residing in Turkey. As PGI, we inform you that we may process your personal data for purposes such as establishing better service standards, determining and implementing our commercial and business strategies, and in any case, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and related legislation.

3. Transfer of Personal Data
PGI will only process your personal data in question; in order to carry out the Company's activities in the country, to ensure the business relationship between the data owners and our customers and/or to conduct communications  for this purpose, to provide services, opportunities and to increase the quality of service, provided that adequate measures are taken based on your explicit consent or within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law; our group companies, business partners, customers with whom we have contracted and provided services due to our activities, suppliers, audit companies or public institutions or organizations authorized to request this data due to a legal obligation may share with other relevant authorities, including but not limited to.

4. Rights enumerated in Article 11 of the Law
PGI will respond to the following requests of the relevant persons: 
a) To learn whether and which personal data they process the personal data related to them, 
b) To obtain information about the purposes of the processing activity, 
c) To know the third parties to whom the personal data are transferred domestically, 
d) To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, 
e) To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in accordance with the Law, 
f) In case of request for correction, deletion or destruction of personal data; requesting that the transactions carried out be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred, 
g) Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively by means of automated systems, and 
h) Obtaining a copy of his/her personal data.
