PRE-HEATING SYSTEMS
Natural gas preheaters are important solutions for natural gas control stations. The natural gas pressure is reduced in these stations, e.g from 80 barg to 10 barg. Due to the Joule-Thomson effect, the temperature of the natural gas is reduced significantly. To protect subsequent pipelines of the natural gas network and equipment like turbines, from damages, natural gas preheaters ensure a defined temperature level.
PGI has the capability of engineering, designing and manufacturing any type preheating station for both low pressure applications and high pressure applications. (Up to 100 barg and higher)
PGI produces indirect u-tube heat exchangers and specialized preheater exchangers for large RMS projects, natural gas fired power plants and for other process needs.
